SARAXA International Education Summit 2023 Code of Conduct

Purpose

The SARAXA International Education Summit is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants. This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations and guidelines for behavior during the summit.

Expectations

Respect: Treat all participants, organizers, speakers, and attendees with respect and courtesy. Harassment or discrimination of any form will not be tolerated.

Inclusivity: Embrace diversity and foster an inclusive atmosphere. Be mindful of language and actions that may exclude or offend others.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the summit. Engage in constructive and positive discussions.

Compliance with Policies: Adhere to all policies set forth by the SARAXA International Education Summit organizers. This includes but is not limited to session rules, speaker guidelines, and event protocols.

Collaboration: Foster an environment of collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Encourage open communication and exchange of ideas.

Privacy: Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information without consent.

Unacceptable Behavior-
The following behaviors are considered unacceptable and may result in expulsion from the summit:
Harassment: Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or visual harassment.

Discrimination: Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Disruptive Behavior: Disruptive behavior that interferes with sessions, presentations, or the overall atmosphere of the summit.

Unauthorized Activities: Engaging in unauthorized activities, including distribution of promotional materials without prior approval.

Violation of Policies: Failure to comply with the policies and guidelines set forth by the SARAXA International Education Summit organizers.


Reporting Violations
If you witness or experience a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it promptly to a summit organizer or staff member. Reports can be made in person or through designated channels provided by the organizers.


Consequences
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in consequences, including verbal warnings, removal from specific sessions, or expulsion from the summit.
